Help with pokemon Diamond

I have got my first badge ,and going to get a bike at Eterna City, but there are guard people at the bridge in Floarmona Town, and I don't know what to do. At Valley Windwork, I defeated the guy at the door and he said something, something about a key but I don't know where. Also the other route needs a bike because it is a slippary slop, I have no bike so that is a problem. Can someone tell me a route to Enterna City, where that so-called key is, or just what I am needed to do.
( you can't fight the guards )

You need to beat the Second Pokemon Trainer in Eterna City And then you go to the big bad guys building , but youll need the move cut to get up and then save the guy that is upstairs which is the bike seller dude and then just read what he says, and your back on your way to become a champian.

ditto, pokemon bores me, battle revolution was the last let down, nothing like i thought it would be

it snot that boring if it aint for the wifi pokemon would be boring as hell wifi saved pokemon in diamond and pearl and battle revolution got saved because of its good graphics
